摘要
将正交设计法和单纯形加速调优法联合使用,对于多因素多水平、多指标且具有交互作用的体系配方的优化处理,具有简便、快速可靠的特点.通过 PVC 用的 Ba/Cd、Ba/Zn 两种复合稳定剂的配方试验,前者仅用28次,后者仅用17次试验即获得了理想的结果.
The orthogonal method and simplex method have been successfuly combined in chemical formulation designing with multifactors,multilevels,multi—indexes as well as mutual interaction of factors.Optimization in this way has been found to be fast 0 reliable and convenient to use. Optimized results have been demonstrated in formulating Ba/Cd and Ba/Zn complex stabi- lizers for PVC,the former taking only 28 experiments,and the latter,a mere 17.
