燃烧法合成SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)发光材料及其性能研究 被引量:8

COMBUSTION SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES STUDY OF SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) PHOSPHOR MATERIAL

摘要 采用燃烧法在较低温度下快速合成了SrAlO:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光粉体,并利用XRD、荧光分光光度24计等测试手段,研究了合成粉体的物相结构以及工艺因素对材料发光性能的影响。结果表明,发光粉体的主晶相为SrAlO,属单斜晶系,晶胞参数为a=0.8442nm,b=0.8827nm,c=0.5162nm,β=97°;激发光谱主峰波长为24398nm、349nm、324nm,发射光谱主峰波长为516nm。 SrAl O : Eu2+, Dy3+ long persistence phosphor has been synthesized by combustion method at 2 4 low temperature. The phase structure of the powder and the effects of process factors on luminescence characteristic are studied by XRD and fluorescence spectrophotometry et al. The results showed that the main crystal phase of the phosphor is monoclinic SrAl O , a=0.8442nm, b=0.8827nm, c=0.5162nm, β = 97°. 2 4 The excitation spectrum consists of several peaks including 398, 349, 324nm and the emission spectrum peak is at 516nm.
