双金属Ni-Cu负载型催化剂用于乙醇羰化合成丙酸乙酯 被引量:8

CARBONYLATION OF ETHANOL TO ETHYL PROPIONATE ON SUPPORTED BIMETALLIC Ni-Cu CATALYSTS

摘要 研究了Ni-Cu催化剂的不同载体、反应温度、添加剂和C_2H_5I/C_2H_5OH比对乙醇羰化合成丙酸乙酯的影响。在常压和300℃下,丙酸乙酯的收率在50—60%之间,载体以活性炭最佳,NiI_2。添加剂能提高丙酸乙酯的收率,C_2H_5I在反应过程中能循环使用。讨论了载体、助催化剂的催化作用原理以及双金属的协同效应。 Under atmospheric pressure and 300C, the effect of different carriers, reaction temperature, a bit of additive and different C2H5I/C2H5OH ratios on the carbonylation of ethanol to ethyl propionate over supported Ni-Cu catalyst was studied. The results show that the active carbon is the best carrier,the addition of small amount of NiI2 increases the yield of ethyl propionate, and the C2H5I is used circularly in the reaction.The synergislic effect of Ni and Cu was discussed. The catalytic activity of Ni-Cu/C catalyst is satisfactory for ethanol carbonylation to propionic acid and its ester as compared with that of Rh/C and Ni/Al2O3-TiO2.
