荧光假单胞菌与植物病害生物防治 被引量:15

摘要 荧光假单胞菌对多种植物病害具有防治作用,它首先在植物根际定殖,然后靠噬铁素对铁离子(Fe^(3+))的竞争和抗生素的拮抗作用抑制病原菌的生长发育,保护植物体免受病菌危害。荧光菌在根际的定殖能力与它同根系分泌物的凝集能力有关,与它在根表的短期不可逆吸附也有一定关系。荧光菌菌剂研究较多,目前最好的可贮存一年。虽然荧光菌已成功地用于一些病害的生物防治,但仍有许多问题有待解决。 Fluorescent pseudomonads have good effects in controlling many kinds of plant diseases. The bacteria colonized the root systems and inhibited the pathogen via siderophore and antibiotic production,thus, plants were allowed to grow healthily. Root colonization by bacteria was related to the agglutinability with extracts from root and to some extent to the rapid and firm adhesion on root surface in short time. Many kinds of inoculant preparations of fluorescent pseudomonads were developedlthe best one to date could be safely stored for about 1 year. Although many diseases of plants could be controlled effectively by the bacteria,some problems remained to be resolved in the future.
