摘要
本文以油酸铜为代表,考察了硼酸酯与油溶性铜化合物的复合抗磨性能,发现两者具有良好的协同作用。摩擦表面的SEM、XPS分析表明,二者协同抗磨的机理,主要在于含有缺电子空轨道的硼原子,催化CU^(2+)在外逸电子作用下的摩擦还原反应,在温和的摩擦磨损条件下,摩擦还原的单质铜,沉积在金属表面并与之合金化;在苛刻条件下,沉积铜形成薄膜或呈球状。
The combination of an oil-soluble carboxylate such as copper oleatewith borate esters either sulfurized or nonsulfurized gives better auti-wear pro-tection in lubricant than individual component only. The synergistic mechanismis supposed that boron atoms with vacant P orbits catalyze tribo-reduction ofcopper compounds in rubbing surfaces. Under mild cnditions, the copper depositon and alloyate with the metal surfaces, under severe conditons, the copper isthin-layer-shaped and ball-shape-liked.
