摘要
目的:对落叶松阿拉伯半乳聚糖滴丸的体外溶出度进行考察。方法采用苯酚—硫酸法,在紫外分光光度计上进行含量测定。结果:阿拉伯半乳聚糖滴丸平均回收率为100.2%,RSD 为3.07%(n=6),溶出参数 T_(50)为2.48min,T_d 为3.19min,m 为1.468。结论:本品溶出速度快,方法简便可行。
Objective.To study the dissolution rate of arabinogalactan dropping pills.The UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of arabinogalactan.Results:λmax=490nm, the average recoveries was 100.2%,RSD=3.07%(n=6) and the dissolution parameters obtained were TT_(50)=2.48min,T_d=3.19min,m=1.468.Conclusion:The dissolution speed is fast and its method is simple and convenient.
