摘要
提出了用塔顶温度控制累积罐进行交替切换的操作方法,并以异丙醇-正丙醇为实验物系对该操作进行了可行性研究。研究结果表明,根据塔顶温度控制累积罐的自动切换是完全可行的,并且此操作方式在分离轻组分含量高的物料时仍然有很好的优越性。
Dynamic-accumulation cyclic operation(DACO)is one of the new operating modes of batch distillation.It involves threeperiods:total reflux,dumping and filling up.The alternation between two relatively small accumulation drums was proposed in thethesis,in which the alternation of accumulation drums was realized via temperature.Thus,the operation becomes more successive andcompact,and the automatic control of dynamic-accumulation batch distillation is made easy.Isopropyl alcohol and n-propyl alcoholare used to conduct the experimental study of this operation.The result indicates that the operation is applicable to separating system withlarge percentage composition of light component.
