摘要
在分析现有锅炉灭火保护装置的特点的基础上,作者研究开发了煤粉燃烧诊断专家系统,通过分析从燃烧区域获得的火焰信号,和其它与燃烧有关的参数,该专家系统不仅能准确诊断出燃烧不稳定状态。一旦灭火发生就能判断出来,而且又能预测灭火的发生,为运行人员提供操作指导。
Based on the features of the presently used FSSS. a diagnosing expert system has been developed for pulverized coal combustion. By analysing the flame signals from combustion zone and other relative parameters, this system not only can diagnose the unstable flame conditions, but also can predict the trend of flame extinction. So, this system is a good assistant to boiler operators in guiding their operation. In this paper, the structure and functions of this system are described and some results of primary testings shown.
