摘要
通过对40Cr钢的球化退火试验研究。推荐了一种适用于该材料的最佳快速循环球化退火工艺,不仅节能效果明显,而且工艺操作简单,质量稳定。
A spheroidizing process for 40Cr steel was systematically studied. The optimum rapid and cyclic spheroidizing process for 40Cr steel is recommended. Not only a better result of energy saving could be achieved, but also its technological operation is simple and the spheroidization quality is stable.
