SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机是一种利用磁力、脉动流体力和重力的综合力场连续分选细粒弱磁性矿物的工业设备 ,它具有富集比大 ,选矿效率高 ,磁介质不堵塞 ,设备工作稳定等优点。 2 0 0 4年福建上杭湖洋铁矿采用 1台 SL on- 1 2 5 0立环脉动高梯度磁选机分选铁矿 ,矿石主要含有赤铁矿、磁铁矿、褐铁矿。该磁选机在湖洋铁矿的使用 。
SLon vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator is an industrial apparatus that utilizes the combined force field of magnetism,pulsating fluid and gravity to continuously beneficiate fine weakly magnetic minerals.It possesses advantages of great enrichment ratio,high separation efficiency,unblocking magnetic medium and stable operation.In 2004,ShanghangHuyang Iron Mine of Fujian adopted a SLon 1250 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator to separate iron ores containing hematite,magnetite and limonite.The application of this magnetic separator in Huyang Iron Mine obtained better indexes and comprehensive iron concentrate grade reached 63%.
