天然气发动机混合器结构对混合过程影响的研究 被引量:10

摘要 利用纹影摄像系统拍摄得到空气—天然气混合过程的清晰图像,研究了改进的文丘里管式混合器内引流管对混合气形成过程的影响。在文丘里管式混合器内设置引流管可以改善混合器内天然气与空气的混合质量。引流管沿混合器直径方向设置,且燃气喷射与空气流动形成交叉射流可明显地改善混合过程。按交叉射流设计的翼型引流管在降低空气流动阻力的同时也可取得良好的混合效果。 The paper gives the clear schlieren images of mixture formation process in the mixer of natural gas engines by using schlieren photograph system, and the mixture formation process of natural gas and air in a modified venture-type mixer with a natural gas delivery tube was investigated. It is found that introducing the natural gas delivery tube in venture-type mixer can improve the mixing process between air and natural gas, and arrangement of delivery tube along the radial direction of mixer and formation of cross-jet by gas injection and air flow can remarkably improve mixing process. Meanwhile, cross-jet gas delivery tube aliform section is beneficial to reducing air flow resistance and obtaining better mixing quality.
