摘要
本文概述了树脂基复合材料在国内外汽车、发动机上应用的发展情况,指出与铝、钢材相比,用树脂基复合材料制造发动机气门罩壳、齿轮室盖、进气管等壳体、管道类零部件有许多优点,它能减轻发动机的重量,降低辐射噪声,耐温耐腐蚀,还能减少制造成本,是一种节能环保型的材料。文中还对使用树脂基复合材料后发动机零部件设计生产中的问题进行了分析。
This papergenerally introduce thedevelopment of Resin Matrix Compositeused in automobile and engine at home and abroad. Compared with aluminumand steel,it has many advantages using Resin Matrix Compositein engine parts such as valve rocker cover, gear cover, intake manifoldand so on.As a kind of environmental conservationand energy savingmaterial, it can decrease engine weight,cut downengine cost, reduce noise and resist erodingand heat.In the article, we also analyse some issues that happened during the period of design and production of engine parts after using Resin Matrix Composite.
