摘要
中国石化茂名炼油化工股份有限公司与中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院共同开发了采用物理分散加化学改性相结合的聚合物SBS改性沥青技术,生产的SBS改性沥青产品质量稳定,具有良好的高温储存稳定性,完全符合交通部JTJ036-98质量技术指标的要求,与国外同类同规格产品质量相当,部分技术指标优于国外同类同规格产品质量。工业生产中筛选的沙特中质原油、沙特重质原油和阿曼原油或这三种原油的混合油生产的2号AH-70沥青作为基质沥青可生产出合格的SBS改性沥青,通过调整工艺技术条件和工艺配方成功开发生产出I-B,I-C,I-D级的聚合物SBS改性沥青产品。
A new polymer SBS modified asphalt technology which combines physical dispersion with chemical modification has been developed by Maoming Refining & Chemical Company and East China University of Science and Technology. SBS modified asphalt produced with the new technology is characterized by stable quality and excellent high-temperature storage stability, and has met the quality target requirements of JTJ 036-98 of the Ministry of Communications. The product quality is similar to the same foreign products and partial technical targets are superior to them. Qualified SBS modified asphalt has been produced by taking 2 # AH-70 asphalt (produced from the mixed oil of Saudi middle crude, Saudi heavy crude and Oman crude) as the basic asphalt and 1-B, 1-C and 1-D grade polymer SBS modified asphalt have been produced through adjusting the process conditions and formulation.
