摘要
目的对广东地区汉族MS患者作抗原处理相关蛋白基因(TAP)分型,探讨这些基因与广东人群中MS遗传易感性的可能关系。方法采用PCR扩增阻碍突变系统(PCR-ARMS)法对30名无亲缘关系的MS的病人和95名无血缘关系的广东籍健康汉族人作TAP分型。结果TAPl-333、637位等位基因基因型在广东汉族MS组及NC组中均以I和D为主,TAP2-379、565、665等位基因基因型分别为:V-A-T;TAP1和TAP2各等位基因基因型频率在MS组和正常人组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论从目前调查的例数,广东人群中MS与TAP基因不关联。
Objective To investigate the distribution of TAP genes in a Guangdong population,examined the association of these genes with multiple sclerosis. Methods The normal subjects consisted of 95 unrelated healthy individuals of Han nationality from the Guangdongi region,30 patients with multiple sclerosis,all from the same geographic region,were enrolled in the study. TAP were genotyped by the PCR ARMS technique. Results Six TAPl and 6 TAP2 alleles were observed ,TAP1 A was the most common allele of the TAPl locus,TAP2 A was the most common allele of the TAP2 locus. There was no significant differences in allelic frequencies of TAP1,TAP2 gene between the patients and normal controls. Conclusion The polymorphisms of antiger processing genes is not associated with MS in Guangdongi region.
