摘要 建立了考虑摩擦力的动圈型电磁振荡式直线压缩机系统的动力学非线性微分方程组,并通过变步长Newmark法对此进行了数值仿真。实验和仿真结果都表明:行程较小时,在行程的两个端部,活塞都会出现短时间的静止不动的状态,从而缩短了活塞的行程,严重影响了余隙容积的大小,致使压缩机性能降低。 The oscillation characteristic,based on the mathematical model of the moving coil electro-dynamic oscillation linear compressor,which involves friction force,is presented by emulation through Newmark integral calculus.The experimental and emulational results show that quiescent conditions of the piston appear at jumping-off point and end point when the stroke is small and disappear when the stroke increases,which leads to the decrease of stroke,the increase of clearance and the declination of capacity.
