船舶主机汽缸套—活塞环磨合过程的模拟试验 被引量:2

Simulation experimental study on cylinder/piston ring of diesel in running-in process

摘要 为了解决船用柴油机出厂台架磨合试验时间过长的问题,在康胜专用磨合油润滑条件下,对S50MC型船用柴油机磨合过程中汽缸套、活塞环的磨损失重和表面粗糙度这两个重要参量随载荷、转速、温度及时间的变化规律进行了模拟试验研究.模拟试验结果表明:磨损失重随载荷的增大而增大;随转速、温度的升高而减小;磨合的平衡粗糙度随载荷的增大而减小;随转速的提高而增大;温度对平衡粗糙度的影响不大.磨合过程中,适当增大载荷、提高转速和温度可提高缸套—活塞环的磨合质量.使用康胜专用磨合油可以缩短磨合时间,从而提高生产量. Lubricated by KangSheng running-in lubrication, the simulation experiment of the wear and surface roughness evolution of cylinder and piston ring during running-in has been conducted. The effect of time, load, rotational speed and temperature as important factors on running-in process has been appreciated. Results indicated that the weightlessness of wear increased with the larger load and decreased with the higher rotational speed and temperature; the equilibrium roughness decreased with larger load and increased with higher rotational speed, with slight influence of temperature. The running-in quality can be improved by larger load and higher rotational speed and temperature. the course of running-in can be shortened largely by using KangSheng running-in lubrication. Further it can raise the productivity.
