摘要
对经时效热处理(T6)的ZK60镁合金进行了较为全面的研究,初步确定了时效ZK60镁合金中主要合金相的种类和形态。研究发现,固溶处理ZK60镁合金中有明显的花朵状偏析;从金相照片和透射电子显微照片中均发现了残存少量的未溶物相,选区电子衍射花样(SADP)标定为MgZn2相。在固溶处理和时效处理的ZK60镁合金均存在一类MgZn2相,它们无取向分布,形貌呈近似平行四边形,大小在200~500nm之间,对热处理条件不敏感。时效处理的ZK60镁合金中的另一类析出物是MgZn相,形态为长约500nm的杆状。时效处理的ZK60镁合金中除了已标定的MgZn相和MgZn2相外,还发现了4种形态和分布不同的物相,它们可能是完全不同的物相,也有可能是同种物相在不同截面所呈现的不同形态。
Alloy phases in aged (T6) ZK60 magnesium alloy are studied. Types and morphologies of main alloy phases in aged ZK60 magnesium alloy are primarily determined. The research indicates that there is magnitude of flower-shaped aliquation in solution-treated ZK60 magnesium alloy. Small amount of un-molten substances, which is designated as MgZn_(2) by SADP, is also found. There is a similar morphology of MgZn_(2) phases in both solution-treated and aged ZK60 magnesium alloy.They distribute irregularly in the form similar to parallelogram, with a dimension of 200~500 nm and not sensitive to heat-treatment. We also find precipitation phase MgZn in aged ZK60 magnesium alloy in the form of long and thin robs with a dimension of 500 nm. Besides, four kinds of morphologies are found in aged ZK60 magnesium alloy.They are either completely different phases or the same phases distributed in different sections.
