摘要
食品安全问题在全世界范围都受到了广泛的重视,而有机食品的发展为食品安全提供了良好的契机。为了考察浙江省有机竹笋试验点的种植环境是否符合有机食品生产标准,依据有机食品生产规范对浙江省竹笋主产区的水质、土质进行测试与评价,结果显示:采样点水中重金属及其他环保指标均符合有机竹笋的生产要求,土壤中重金属也低于环境质量要求,γ-六六六有检出,但符合有机食品生产标准。测试结果表明:浙江省有机竹笋试验点种植环境均符合有机竹笋产地环境要求。
Food safety has got extensive attention in all over the world,and the organic food provides safe food for the societies,which has stimulated agriculture and food industry. In order to evaluate whether the organic edible bamboo growing environment in Zhejiang Province obeys the production standard of the organic food. We have collected the samples from the producing area of organic bamboo,and they were tested and evaluated according to the organic food-producing standard. The result showed that heavy metal and other environment parameters such as Pb and γ-Hexachlorocyclohexane of water and soil samples all meet the organic bamboo production standard. In the conclusion,the environmental quality for producing organic bamboo of Zhejiang Province meet the organic edible bamboo production standard.
