摘要
通过对小活络丸中大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、短小芽胞杆菌的存活数与辐照剂量关系的研究,建立了在小活络丸中3种微生物的存活数与辐照剂量的数学模型,确定了3种微生物的D10值,并对影响辐照灭菌剂量的因素进行了讨论。结果表明,在小活络丸中,大肠杆菌对γ射线敏感性较高,白色念珠菌对γ射线敏感性次之,短小芽胞杆菌对γ射线敏感性较低。
Based on studies on the relationship between the survival rate of three microorganisms strains and the doses of rays, the mathematical models of the relationship between their survival rate and the doses of rays were establis hed, respectively.Their D10 values were determined, and the factors effecting th e radiosterlization doses were discussed. Results showed that the sensitivity of E. coli to rays was the highest, the second was C. albicans, and the lowest was B. pumilu in Chinese medicine Xiao-huo-luo-wan.
