摘要
借助于示波冲击实验 ,建立加载速率 KⅠ ≈ 10 5MPa·m/s条件下 ,测定材料动态弹塑性断裂韧度JⅠd的方法。通过计算得到三点弯曲试样的动态裂纹尖端张开位移COD以及动态裂纹扩展量Δa ,在此基础上得到裂纹动态起裂点。在动态弹塑性断裂韧度JⅠd的计算中 ,考虑了材料动态应力—应变行为的影响。船用 945钢的测试结果表明 ,文中建立的方法简单、方便 。
By using of the instrumented Charpy impact test, the method for measuring dynamic elastic-plastic fracture toughness J Ⅰd is established. Dynamic crack tip open displacement COD and a crack extension Δa for three point bending specimen are obtained by calculating. The time to crack initiation is determined based the relationship of the COD and Δa, and the influence of materials dynamic stress-strain behaviors is taken into account in calculation of the dynamic elastic-plastic fracture toughness J Ⅰd. The results of 945-shipbuilding steel are show that the new method is sample, convenient, and available for engineering application.
