摘要
文中给出了求渐变折射率平板波导场分布的差分方程法,利用它可以很方便地得到TE模和TM模的场分布.并且给出了计算实例,从中可看出差分法是一种简单可行的方法.
In this paper, difference equation method is presented to obtain the field distribution in planar optical waveguide with graded-index profile. By using this method, we can easily obtain the field distribution of TE mode and TM mode . From our examples we can see difference equation method is a simple and practical method.
