摘要
针对环氧丙烷的特性和传统储存方法存在的呼吸损耗、污染环境、易发生火灾爆炸的缺点,对储存工艺进行了改进,提出了密闭储存方法,从储存、装卸、温度控制、储罐设计、设备选型、防火防爆等方面介绍了密闭储存新工艺。实现密闭操作后,减少了环氧丙烷在储存过程中的损耗和对周围环境的污染,保证了安全储存和装卸,该工艺在山东岚山港化工品储库应用2年,效果良好。
Aimed at epoxypropane characteristic and disadvantages of traditional storage method in-cluding breath loss,environmen tal contamination as well as fire and blast danger,the improved seal storage me thod is brought forward.In this paper the new technique is introduced in many respects such as storage,loading and unloading,temperature control,tank desig n,equipment type selection,fire proof and blast prevention.This technique ha s been used at Shandong Lanshan Harbor Chemical Products Warehouse for2years an d has obtained good results.
