摘要
探讨了对不同的料液比、提取次数、提取时间、提取温度等对魔芋中水溶性多糖提取的影响,结果表明,魔芋中水溶性多糖的提取的最适宜条件是料液比为1∶100,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为2h,提取次数为3次.
This paper focuses on experiment with the influence of proportion of material to liquid, extract temperature, extract time, extract frequency on extracting the water-soluble polysaccharide from the Amorphallus konjac.The finding indicates the most appropriate conditions as follows: Expect liquid: 1/100,extract temperature: 90℃, extract time: 2 h, extract frequency: 3.
