Achivements in RAPD techiques' application in molecular marking, genetic diversity research and hybrid purity test in Capsicum crop (Chili, hot, sweet peppers ) are reviewed, and transgenic breeding of the peppers with resistance to virus diseases, fungi, insect and weed pests are studied in the paper.
