摘要
【目的】 了解在家庭环境中城市儿童的喂养行为现状 ,发现被研究儿童喂养行为中的主要问题 ,探讨导致婴儿喂养行为问题的原因。 【方法】 采取以直接观察为主的定性研究方法 ,运用现场摄像技术 ,对北京市城区48名 6～ 12个月婴儿的喂养行为进行了研究 ,同时通过个人深入访谈了解喂养人在喂养行为方面的态度、想法。 【结果】 喂养行为中有喂养位置不合理、喂养环境不合理、喂养频率过快或过慢、不给婴儿学吃的机会、缺乏喂养交流技巧等问题。 【结论】 婴儿喂养行为存在问题 ,全社应会对喂养行为给予足够重视。
Objective To learn the actual information on infant feeding behavior in urban area of Beijing and to find out the major issues of infant feeding behavior in urban area and to discuss the reasons affecting infant feeding behavior. A major method was adopted in this research with firsthand observation, which involved video recording technique to catch the feeding behavior of 48 infants aged 6～12 months in urban area of Beijing, and then general family conditions, feeding knowledge and attitudes of caregivers were investigated by profound interview. There were some problems of feeding behavior, such as unreasonable feeding place, inappropriate feeding surrounding, too fast or too slow feeding frequency, no chance for baby to learn eating, and lack of interaction skill, etc. 60% caregivers didn't describe the character of food and scene of feeding because they didn't know whether it was good to baby or not. [Conclusions] There are many problems of infant feeding behavior in urban areas, including feeding place, feeding speed, feeding environment and interaction between caregivers and infants, etc. The main reasons for these problems are that the caregivers lack feeding knowledge, especially interaction skills. Different ways are needed to spread feeding behavior knowledge to improve the feeding behavior.
