摘要
英国 Hylife 项目以用户为中心的设计理念,使项目评价成为工作的重点。本文介绍了 Hylife 项目评价的过程、结果及特征,指出以用户为中心的绩效评价是今后图书馆情报服务评价的方向。
An emphasis of Hylife project in UK on the needs of users had led to an increasing focus on evaluation of the project.This paper introduces its evaluation process,findings and its characteristics, and points out the performance measurement focused on the need of users will be the direction of evalua- tion on library and information service in the future.
