摘要本实验应用外周微量血培养加细胞松弛素 B 观察微核(CB 法)探讨了 X 射线与不同剂量率的^(60)Coγ射线诱发微核率的量效关系.结果表明,剂量率相同,辐射剂量相同,^(60)Coγ射线辐照所得微核频率明显高于 X 射线照射所得微核频率;不同剂量率的^(60)Coγ射线照射,高剂量率所得微核产率高.因而在辐射事故时,应选用同一性质及相应剂量率的效应曲线,来评估诱发微核的辐射剂量。
