摘要
通过实验室的筛选和对比,确定以90BS为基础油,以蜡下油作为稠化剂,附以微晶蜡作为辅助稠化剂,以粘附剂、防锈剂为主要添加剂的钢丝绳表面脂和麻芯脂配方组成。所研制的润滑脂经过实验室全分析以及实际使用考察后,证明符合SH0387-92和SH0388-92的规格要求。
Through screening test and contrast test, the formulations of surface grease and hemp core grease for steel wire rope are determined by taking 90BS as base oil, sweat oil as thickener, microcrystal wax as assistant thickener, and adhesion agent and antirust agent as the main additives, blending in the right proportion. The results of laboratory full analysis and practical application show that the performances of developed greases can meet the specifications of SH 0387-92 and SH 0388-92.
