摘要
采用水化热、电阻率和X射线衍射法等测试方法,研究了三聚磷酸钠(Na5P3O10)对硅酸盐水泥初始水化历程的影响。试验结果表明:Na5P3O10对硅酸盐水泥水化的缓凝机理,主要是生成络合物的缘故,而不是传统观点所认为的形成了"不溶性"的磷酸钙;改变Na5P3O10的掺量,可有效调控硅酸盐水泥的水化热历程以及结构形成过程;在水泥初始水化阶段,延缓了C3S和C3A的水化。
The influence of sodium tripolyphosphate to the hydration process of Portland cement was studied by means of the heat of hydration,the electrical resistivity and XRD.The results show that compared with sodium monophosphate,the mechanism of retardation of sodium tripolyphosphate on the hydration of Portland cement is for the formation of complex,but not calcium phosphate,and the heat and structure forming process of hydration of sodium tripolyphosphate is related to the blending ratio.In the early hydration,the hydration of C3S and C3A in Portland cement was retarded by sodium tripolyphosphate.
