单纯性肥胖女童血清瘦素与雌二醇水平关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨瘦素(Leptin)含量对雌二醇(E2)分泌的影响,为儿童青少年肥胖的防制提供理论依据.方法采用放射免疫法对8~15岁单纯性肥胖和正常女生各60名进行血清瘦素、雌二醇含量测定.同时调查月经初潮时间.将肥胖组与正常组按年龄划分为8~10岁、11~13岁和14~15岁3个年龄段.结果肥胖组女生血清瘦素水平为(34.20±5.06)ng/mL,显著高于正常组女生[(9.00±3.06)ng/mL](P<0.01);肥胖组女生月经初潮时间为(11.78±0.78)岁,早于正常组女生[(12.93±0.96)岁](P<0.01);肥胖组女生雌二醇水平为(61.08±36.21)pg/mL,低于正常组女生[(75.94±41.76)pg/mL],差异有显著性(P<0.05).血清瘦素与雌二醇呈负相关(r=-0.54,P<0.01).结论血清瘦素浓度过高可能会抑制卵巢分泌雌二醇的功能.
