摘要
目的:观察脑梗死急性期C反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)水平与神经功能损害程度之间的关系,探讨CRP是否能作为判断神经功能受损的评估依据。方法:对上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院2003-10/2004-07收治的66例脑梗死患者在急性期进行CRP水平的检测,所有患者根据全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的,脑梗死患者临床功能缺损程度简易标准(中国中风评分量表)进行评分,根据神经功能损害程度将其分为4组(以统计学聚类法分组),第1组0~5分,第2组6~10分,第3组11~20分,第4组20分以上,并进行统计学分类处理。结果:第1组CRP的质量浓度为(8.03±0.18)mg/L,第2组为(13.00±6.07)mg/L,第3组为(38.75±37.78)mg/L,第4组为(71.77±37.96)mg/L。第1,2组差异存在显著性意义(P<0.05),第1组与第3,4组差异存在非常显著性意义(P<0.01),第2,4组差异存在显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死急性期,CRP越高,提示病情越重,CRP水平随着急性脑梗死的神经功能受损的严重程度有增高的趋势。CRP可作为判断神经功能受损程度的评估指标之一。
AIM:To observe the relationship between the level of C reactive protein(CRP) and the severity of neurological impairment in acute phase of cerebral infarction, and investigate whether CRP serves as market for evaluating neurological impairment. METHODS:Levels of CRP were measured in 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were scored with Chinese Stroke Scale established in the Fourth National Meeting for Cerebrovascular Disease,and then divided into four group:scored 0 to 5 in group 1,6 to 10 in group 2,11 to 20 in group 3,and over 20 in group 4.Statistical analysis was conducted. RESULTS:The CRP levels were(8.03±0.18),(13.00±6.07),(38.75±37.78),and(71.77±37.96)mg/L respectively in the groups 1,2,3 and 4.Significant difference was found between the groups 1 and 2,between the groups 2 and 4(P< 0.05),and very significant difference between the group 1 and groups 3 and 4(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:In the acute state of cerebral infarction,the higher level of CRP indicates the severer disease condition of patients,as there is a trend of the increasing level of CRP with the severity of neurological impairment of the patients with cerebral infarction. Therefore,the level of CRP can be one of the clinical indicators to evaluate the degree of the neurological impairment.
