摘要
目的 保证医用物品清洁、灭菌效果 ,提高医用物品质量 ,预防医院感染。方法 对员工进行清洁灭菌知识培训 ,提高对物品清洁灭菌重要性的认识 ,严格执行《医院消毒技术规范》和操作规程。结果 医用物品清洁灭菌实施规范化操作和管理 ,为临床提供合格放心的医用物品 ,有效地控制医院感染、提高医疗质量、确保医疗安全取得了明显成效。结论 加强员工业务培训和责任心教育是非常重要的 ,必须重视医用物品清洁灭菌的质量 ,掌握各个环节的操作技能 ,为控制医院感染、满足临床需求。
OBJECTIVE To ensure the effect of cleaning and sterilization on medical articles in order to improve their quality and prevent the nosocomial infection. METHODS To train the knowledge about cleaning and sterilization to staff, and deepen the understanding of importance about cleaning and sterilization of medical articles and carry out The Disinfection Technical Standard in Hospital and procedures strictly. RESULTS By carrying out normative working and management to cleaning and sterilization of medical articles, distinct results have been obtained in supplying qualified and eased medical articles for clinical, controlling nosocomial infection effectively, improving medical quality and ensuring medical security, etc. CONCLUSIONS It is greatly important for the staff to strengthen learning of professional knowledge and education on the sense of responsibility. We must attach importance to cleaning and strilization of medical articles and grasp every working technique link to bring effects into full play for controlling nosocomial infection, meeting clinical requirement, promoting patient recovery from illness.
