摘要
通过近年来的探索与实践,对农业高职教育实施产学研结合的必要性、内容与优势、层次与形式、作用与成效以及应注意的问题进行了分析论证。总结出农业高职院校走产学研结合之路,有利于资源共享,优势互补,将科技成果转化为生产力,促进农业增效,农民增收;有利于有形资产发挥作用,完善高职院校实践教学基地,全方位为"三农服务";有利于高职教育适应社会发展的需要,培养"应用型、技艺型、创业型"高等技术人才。
According to the exploration and practice, the paper analyzed and argued the necessity, content, privilege, steps, ways, function, results and problems of combination of production, teaching and research by agricultural vocational school, and summarized that this kind combination could help share resources, complement privilege, transform technological results into productivity, increase yielding of agriculture and income of farmers, give play to visible properties, consummate the practical teaching base of higher school, serve to agriculture, to rural village and to farmers omnifariously and could facilitate higher vocational schools to train high quality technical talents for application, technique-oriented and creational field in order to meet the needs of developing society.
