基于FTU的小电流接地系统故障定位方法再研究 被引量:14

摘要 结合配电网基于FTU的馈线自动化工作模式,提出了一种基于FTU的小电流接地系统故障定位方法:"递进组合识别法"。该方法根据基于FTU馈线自动化的特性,将零序电流增量分析法和谐振频率信号电流注入法两种选线方法加以改进,并将改进后两个判据模块组合使用,以弥补两种判据各自存在的局限。文中分别介绍两种判据模块的基本原理及判据,并用Matlab6.0在不同中性点运行方式及过渡电阻的故障情况下对这两种判据模块做了仿真,结果证明"递进组合识别法"不仅有效弥补了目前已有小电流单相接地故障选线的缺陷,而且更将故障具体定位在线路故障最小切除单元:两相邻分段开关之间,实现了快速、可靠的故障定位。 With the working mode of feeder automation based on FTU, a method of fault location in power system with neutral unearthed based on FTU is put forward and it is named as 'gradual and combined identifying law'. According to the features of feeder automation based on FTU, the two line choosing methods, which are zero-sequence current increment analysis method and signal current with resonant frequency injection method, are modified and combined to make up their shortcomings. The basic principles and criterions of two methods are also introduced. With Matlab6.1, simulation about the two methods are implemented under different neutral running modes and different grounding resistors, and the result has proved that the proposed method will not only make up the shortcomings of current line choosing methods when single-phase grounding fault happens in power system with neutral unearthed, but also locate the fault in the minimal unit on feeders: the segment between two close switches can realize fast and credible fault location.
