摘要
本文介绍葫芦岛锌厂氯络合法除汞的探索性试验、条件试验和工业性试验的情况,当烟气平均含汞51.52mg/m^3时,出除汞吸收塔烟气平均含汞为0.36mg/m^3,可保证酸中含汞在1.2ppm以下。有机玻璃材质的汞吸收塔安装于电除雾器和干燥塔之间,空塔气速0.55~0.65m/s,喷淋密度18~20m^3/(m^2·h),HgCl_2溶液浓度3.0~3.5g/L,循环液温度15~35℃,氯气消耗定额1.4tCl_2/tHg。与碘络合法比较,本法的原料氯费用420元/tHg,而碘法的为50000元/tHg。该试验已于1992年2月通过鉴定,投资300万元的工业性试验装置已于1992年10月投入运行,效果良好。
The pilot plant and full scale test on chlorine complex mercury removal process for smelter off-gas are discribed with respect to the equipment, construction materials, process parameters and operation cost. At 51. 52mg/m3 inlet Hg content, 99. 5% mercury removal was achieved which cor- responded to 1. 2 ppm Hg in product H2SO4 The mercury absorption tower (300mm in diameter) was fabricated in organic glass with 2800mm high packing and installed between the wet precipitator and drying tower. The empty tower gas velocity ranged over 0. 55~0. 65m/s, while the irrigation density was 18~20m3(m2·h).
