摘要
我们结合复习文献和作者多年的经验,对乳腺疾病的二维及多普勒超声诊断进行总结和评价。本文描述了乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别、乳癌的早期诊断、小乳癌的超声诊断以及乳腺的超声普查。另外,多数作者报道乳癌病灶内部及/或附近有明显增加的血流信号,部分癌灶可探及高速血流信号。这种高速血流信号可能为动一静脉瘘引起,对乳癌的诊断有特异性的价值。
This is a summary and evaluation of the diagnosis of the breast diseases with two-dimensional and doppler ultrasonography. This paper presents the differentiation of breast benign from malignant tumors, early diagnoses of breast cancers, diagnoses of small breast cancers and a general screening of ultrasonography for breast. Otherwise, many researchers have found the blood flow signals within or/and nearby the breast cancer foci, and high velocity flow signals within or/and nearby a part of breast cancer foci. These high velocity flow signals might be caused by arteriovenous shunting, and had a specific value for diagnosis of the breast cancer.
