摘要
本文探讨了创新人才成长的氛围与条件,论述了高校图书馆如何在新时期转变传统观念,在图书馆的教育职能上纳入现代教育观,配合全民族的素质教育,构建开放工作模式,以培养读者创新精神为图书馆教育理念。
This paper probes the atmosphere and condition in which innovatory talents are brought up, states how the library of colleges and universities change traditional modes of thought; on the basis of its educational function, absorbing modern education outlook, coordinated with competence education of whole nation, construct open work pattern in order to develop readers' innovatory spirit as its educational concept.
