摘要
考查 4种抑制剂对铌铁矿及白云石的选择性抑制性能。结果表明 ,PDC是 4种抑制剂中抑制白云石浮选铌铁矿的理想抑制剂 ,对白云石的抑制远强于铌铁矿 ,可用浮选法在捕收剂双膦酸用量 14 0mg/L ,矿浆 pH =5 0的弱酸性条件下从粗选精矿产品中除去白云石以提高精矿质量。 4种抑制剂对两种矿物的选择性抑制顺序为PDC >六偏磷酸钠 >羧甲基纤维素 >草酸。
The selective depression performance of four type depressants for niobite and do lomite is described. The results show that PDC is a good depressant to the dolo m ite and the depression effect upon dolomite is much stronger than niobite, by wh ich the dolomite can be removed from rough concentrate in the flotation to impro ve niobium-bearing concentrate quality under the condition of diphosphonic acid concentration 140mg/L and pH 5.0. The effect of four type selective depressant s on both niobite and dolomite are put in the following order: PDC > hexa-meta-p hosphate > carboxyl-methyl-cellulose > oxalic acid.
