Anti-nucleosome antibodies and systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮是一种常见的累及多系统、多器官的自身免疫性疾病 ,应早期诊断早期治疗 ,而系统性红斑狼疮自身抗体的检测对其诊断有重要意义。但是目前已知的自身抗体敏感性均较低 ,最近提出一种新的自身抗体 ,抗核小体抗体被认为是最有希望广泛应用于系统性红斑狼疮诊断的一个自身抗体 。
