摘要
在CCD的电子测量系统中,需要解决的是系统的测量精度和提高分辨率的问题,文中论述解决该问题的新方法—倍频插值细分技术。详细介绍该方法的基本原理及软硬件实现,并用系统测量结果证明方法的可实现性。
For the electronics measuring system of CCD,We are crying for solving the problems of the systems' measuring pre- vision and the high resolution.To solve the problems,we discourse upon a new method of multi frequency inserting value and subvi- sion in this paper.The basic principle and realization of software and hardware of the method is introduced in detail.And we also prove the workability of the system by the measuring result.
