摘要
给出了一种基于图像各彩色分量灰度统计特征期望值和全局标准差作为阈值的彩色图像灰度化方法。该算法计算简单,对于简单背景物体图像的灰度化效果好,能够有效地把背景和物体的灰度分开,并已应用于实际的发动机气门杆径计算机视觉检测系统的图像处理中,取得了较好的实验结果。
An approach for color image gray processing based on threshold of gray scale statistic mean value and global standard deviation of each color component is presented. The algorithm is computationally simple and can distinguish between object and background of the image for simple object-background images effectively. The algorithm has been applied to the practical computer visual inspection for engine pole and gain good experiment result.
