摘要
论述和分析了非平衡态等离子体冶金效应的作用机理、影响因素及研究概况。与传统冶金过程中主要利用高温等离子体作为热源不同,非平衡态低温氢等离子体可以更有效地发挥其中化学活性粒子的冶金强化效应,对于高熔点、难还原金属氧化物的还原,是一种潜在的可能的冶炼方法。
The mechanism of metallurgical effect of non equilibrium plasma, its influence factors and application were expounded thoroughly. In particular, different from the thermal plasma only serving as a high enthalpy source in traditional extractive metallurgy, the strengthened metallurgical effect of the chemical radicals in non equilibrium cold hydrogen plasma might be used effectively, it was a potential and favorable smelting method for the refractory metal oxides.
