摘要
根据三带喙库蚊Culex tritaeniorhynchus Giles幼期实验种群动态模型,以及封闭稻池中单世代幼期种群的连续取样资料,应用黑箱法对各龄期发育速率和存活率进行模拟估测。整个幼期存活率为0.26,其中各龄幼虫和蛹的存活率分别为0.85、0.75.0.69、0.80和0.75,完成整个幼期发育的时间为18.33天。据此建立的封闭稻池中单世代幼期种群模型的模拟结果与取样观察结果基本一致。
Based on larval population dynamics model of Cules tritaeniorhynchus in laboratory and data of successive larva samplings for single generation in enclosed rice ponds, estimates were made of development rates and survival rates of various instars using black box method. Survival rates of first, second, third, fourth instar and pupae were 0.85, 0.75, 0.69, 0.80 and 0.75, respectively; total survival rate and larval duration were 0.26 and 18.33 days. After in-puting the values of these parameters into larval population dynamics model, the simulated results of single generation of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus in enclosed rice ponds were similar to the observed values.
