摘要
通过对冷轧硅钢片冲片加工过程及冲切模具磨损的研究分析,结合本厂实际情况,提出了如何通过改进产品品质以进一步减小模具损耗、改进冷轧硅钢冲片性的建议。
The paper studies and analyzes the process of cold rolling silicon steel sheet blanking and the wear die. On these bases, combined with our plant actual situation, it proposes how to decrease the die wear and improve the sheet blanking property by improving product quality.
