摘要
腰椎生物力学的参数显示腰椎在发力动作中主要受弯矩和压力作用。外负荷和肌力是影响腰椎载荷的主要因素 ,其中以肌力为主 ,肌力值是外负荷的 9~ 10倍。髋关节角度越大 ,外负荷能力越强 ,180°时 ,达到最大。减少腰椎负荷最有效的办法是通过伸髋展体减小阻力臂以减少弯矩。
Biomechanical parameters of lumbar vertebra shows that the main loads of lumbar vertebra are pressure and bending moment.The weight and dorsal muscle force can influence the lumbar vertebra load and the muscle force is the main factor.The muscle force is 9~10 times as much as the weight.More weight can be lifted while the hip joint angle is increasing.The largest weight can be lifted when at about 180°.The best way to unload the lumbar vertebra and avoid injury is to extend the body to shorten the resistance arm.
