摘要
建立一种高效快速从黄檗皮中同时测定小檗碱、掌叶防己碱、药根碱含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法 ,以乙腈∶水为 1∶1(10 0 0mL溶液中含磷酸二氢钾 3.4g及十二烷基磺酸钠 1.7g)为流动相 ,流速 1.0mL/min ;检测波长为 345nm。在上述色谱条件下 ,3种生物碱达到分离完全 ,且峰形良好。该方法简单、快速、准确测定原料中 3种生物碱含量 ,为原料的质量控制奠定了基础。
A method with high efficiency and rapidness for synchronously determining the contents of berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine from Phellodendren amurense bark was developed. With HPLC method, using KYA HIQ C 18 column as fixed phase and acetonitrile and water with the proportion of 1∶1(1 000 mL solution contains KH 2PO 4 3.4 g and CH 3 (CH 2) 11 SO 3Na 1.7 g) as mobile phase, threes alkaloids were fully separated by means of detecting at the wavelength of 345 nm with a flow rate of 1 mL/min for the eluate. This method is suitable for assaying the contents of three alkaloids in raw P. amurense bark, which will establish a basis for quality control of raw material.
