摘要 功能性腭成形术对腭裂患儿SPL/VPD比率的调整作用在本研究中得到证实。HFBB的植入对调整后远期效果的维持有一定意义。 Functional palatoplasty treatment children with cleft plate could adjuct the SPL/VPD rate. The HFBB graft significantly maintain the long-term result of adiuctive postoperatively.
