摘要
围绕福建省委、省政府作出建设绿色海峡西岸经济区的决定,以科学发展观为指导,着重阐述了如何加快福建林业的发展,并从发展思想、发展战略、发展模式、发展机制、发展手段等方面谋划了建设绿色海峡西岸经济区的战略构想和根本措施。
This paper,in accordance with the decision made by the Party Committee and the Provincial Government of Fujian Province to build up green economic zone in the west of the strait,is focused on how to develop forestry in Fujian Province with scientific outlook of development,and puts forward the fundamental measures and strategic framework of constructing such an economic zone from the perspective of ideology,strategy,mode,mechanism and approach of the development.
