摘要
实验室是高校的一个重要组成部分,它承担着教学、科研与服务社会等项任务,实验室的管理在高校中具有举足轻重的作用。在新的形势下,一些原有的实验教学方法和实验室管理模式己不能适应当前人才培养的需要,必须进行改革。本文从实验教学方法、实验室的文化管理模式、实验室管理体制、实验室管理水平等几个方面结合我校的一些新举措谈一下实验室管理的改革。
Laboratory is an important component of a university. It is bearing the major important tasks of teaching and scientific research, so the management in the laboratory has very important function in the university. Under the new situation, some old experiment teaching systems and management modes of the laboratory can't already meet the needs of personnel training at present,so we must carry on the reform.Through the teaching method of the experiment, cultural model of the laboratory, administration system of the laboratory, level of laboratory management,the reform of laboratory management was discussed in this paper.
