摘要
启新洋灰公司是中国近代享誉海内外的大型水泥厂 ,其成功离不开内部出色的经营管理。启新洋灰公司在周学熙经办期间建立了系统而完备的管理体制 ,通过对启新洋灰公司经营管理体制的分析 ,说明这种精干而系统的管理体制是周学熙经营管理思想的一大特色 ,也是启新洋灰公司成功的重要砝码。
Qixin Cement Company enjoyed high reputation both at home and abroad in the first quarter of the 20th century , the excellent management of Qixin Cement Company played a decisive rode in its success. Qixin Cement Company established a systematic and perfect management system during Zhou Xue-xi's time. The paper shows that through analyzing the management of Qixin Cement Company, the smart and systematic management was a distinct characteristic of Zhou Xue-xi's management, and was also the key to Qixin's success.
